Design School

Today for our maths we had to build and measure a school. We had to have at least 5 buildings that didn't have gaps. Brooklyn, Charlotte and I chose to do 3d buildings that cotained the right measurement. Once we finished the building we had to scale it out on a peice of paper.

After that we had to make room for the field, courtyard, car park and netball courts. We didn't end up measuring the buildings because we were to worried that there wasn't enough colour.

We made many mistakes and started over many times
It was complicated and we had a few disagreeing fights but we got through in the end.

  1. It looks amazing Maddy! You certainly put a lot of effort into your design. It seemed like a very fun Maths activity, would you like to do it again? I think I might want to give it a try sometime.
    Keep it up!
